The Groen 13369 Kettle Contactor is an electrical switching part that is installed in a commercial system to regulate high-current power circuits. It works by exciting an internal coil which closes or opens four contact points to permit electrical supply to heating elements of given inductive and resistive ratings. The contactor is fitted in the electrical control compartment of the kettle in a commercial catering setting. In the kettle system it is a control component that regulates the supply of power based on the signal of thermostats or control circuits during the heating cycles.
