The Accutemp AC-4916-1 Contactor is an electric switching part that is applied in the control of high current power circuits in commercial cooking equipment. It works by inducing an internal electromagnetic coil for open or close four contact poles to permit controlled electrical supply at desired inductive and resistive load ratings. The contactor is fitted in the electrical control compartment of the appliance in professional catering settings.
