The BKI (Barbeque King) R0150 Fryer Contactor is an electrical switching part that is used in commercial systems. It operates by energising an internal electromagnetic coil which opens or closes four contact poles to permit electrical supply to be switched at defined inductive and resistive load ratings. The contactor is mounted in the electrical control compartment of the fryer in a commercial kitchen setting. In the lift fryer system, it controls the supply of power to heating elements and lift mechanisms based on signals sent by timers, thermostats or control circuits when cooking cycles occur.
