The Star Mfg Y7249 Charbroiler Burner Valve 1/8 inch NPT is a gas flow control system that is utilised to control the flow of natural gas, or propane to a single burner within a charbroiler in normal operation. These valve is either opened or closed depending on user adjustment or control signals, to control the amount of fuel flowing into the burner assembly to facilitate controlled combustion and heat production over the cooking surface. It is applied in commercial kitchen charbroilers where modulation of fuel is necessary to perform routine cooking.
