The Star Mfg Y8832 Charbroiler Burner Valve 1/8 Inch NPT is an element of gas flow control that is utilised to adjust the supply of natural gas or propane to the appliance burner during normal operation. This valve is opened or closed based on user adjustment or control signal to control the amount of fuel that is sent to the burner assembly to provide controlled combustion and heat production along the cooking surface. It is applied in commercial kitchen charbroilers where tight control of the flow of gases is needed in normal cooking operations.
