The Garland G4447-50F Range Burner Valve is a gas flow control system that is used to control the flow of fuel in normal operation. This valve is opened or closed when there is an adjustment or control signal by the user to control the quantity of natural gas or propane flowing into the burner assembly to facilitate controlled combustion and heat production. It is applied in commercial cooking ranges where it is necessary to fine-tune gas flow to perform regular cooking operations.
