The Magikitch'N 300500395 Burner Twin Plate Air Shutter is meant to control the air flow in the gas burner to ensure better combustion and stable flame operation. It has two slots with a 0.463" hole orifice that can be adjusted to adjust air intake accurately to support uniform heat production. This element is usually fitted in gas cooking appliances, where it is used for balancing the fuel and air mixture to ensure the better of the burner.
