The Comstock Castle 25 Burner Twin Plate Air Shutter 0.463" Orifice is created to control the airflow to the gas to maintain the proper combustion and the stable flame operation. It has two slots orifice hole that accurately adjusts the air and gas mixture in the system assembly. This element is commonly fitted in commercial or household gas appliances where regular regulation of the flame is required. It can regulate the air supply, which in turn allows to keep the fuel consumption efficient, evenly distribute the heat throughout the appliance and use to make the operation of the appliance better.
