The Star Mfg 2R-Y7690 Control Knob 2" DIA Pointer is used to control temperature or functional settings of commercial warming equipment during normal operation of the equipment. This knob is attached to the control shaft and has a two-pointer design to show the settings chosen by the user adjusts the warmer. It is applied in professional foodservice warmers where the routine service tasks need manual control of the heat levels. This component is firmly attached to the control post and connects to the control assembly.
