The Garland GL1765802 Oven Knob 2-D Pointer is a manual control system that is used to adjust and display operational settings on commercial cooking equipment when it is in normal operation. This knob is placed over a control shaft and has a dual-direction pointer that provides easy visual reference to the position of the selected temperature or functional positions to aid the user in adjusting the controls of the oven. It is applied in professional kitchen ovens, in which the cooking parameters have to be manually chosen to provide normal service.
