The Blodgett BL16686 Control Knob 2-D Pointer is used to control, and display settings on the control panel of a commercial oven, when it is operating normally. This knob is attached to a control shaft and has a dual-direction pointer, which provides a clear visual reference point to the positions of selected temperatures or functions. It is applied in professional kitchen ovens that have to be manually fed with cooking parameters during routine service. It is compatible with the switches, thermostats, or control mechanisms that are beneath the control panel.
