The Blodgett 16686 Control Knob is a spare part that is used to control the settings on the control panel of a commercial oven during the normal operation of the oven. It is attached to a control shaft and provides a point of grip to choose the temperature, time, or function position as needed in the regular cooking activities. It is applied in commercial kitchen ovens, whereby the operating parameters must be adjusted manually to control the baking and roasting processes. It is firmly attached to the control post and operates with switches, thermostats or potentiometers.
