The Cres Cor 595-061 Knob 2-D Pointer is used to set and indicate operational settings on commercial ovens during their normal operation. This knob is attached to a control shaft and has a dual-position pointer to easily see when choosing temperature or function positions. It is applied in professional kitchen ovens in which it is necessary to adjust the cooking parameters manually to conduct a regular baking and roasting process. The oven knob is attached to the control post and is compatible with switches, thermostats, or control mechanisms beneath the control assembly.
