The Vulcan Hart 5480A Open-Top Burner Assembly is a commercial kitchen range component which distributes heat powerfully and evenly to enable efficient cooking. The assembly contains a durable combination of cast iron and steel burner head which provides both longevity and consistent efficiency. The venturi system along with the air shutter controls the air-to-gas ratio which results in improved combustion efficiency for accurate temperature regulation. This burner assembly features front and rear venturi components where the front venturi measures 7" and the rear venturi extends to 15-5/8" for enhanced airflow and fuel efficiency. The assembly contains components which include mounting plates together with gaskets and screws for proper installation.
