The Lang 41100-07 Flame Sensor Probe is a 1-1/4-inch monitoring element that is utilised in detecting a burner flame in commercial cooking equipment. It detects the flame and sends the signal to the control system to ensure secure ignition and further operation. It is mounted in an appliance in which better flame checking is necessary. The probe is also a component of the ignition and secure circuit within the system and assists in the regulation of the gas flow, the release of unburned fuel, and controlled and stable heating in normal commercial usage.
