The Blodgett 18256 Convection Oven Flame Sensor Probe is a secure and controlled system installed in commercial kitchen systems to monitor the presence of a burner flame when it is operating. It is mounted in the burner space, and it is connected to the ignition control system to ensure that the combustion is correct. On detecting a flame, the probe will inform the control module to keep the gas valve open. If no flame is detected it will assist in closing the fuel flow. In the oven system, the probe supports provide secure ignition, consistent heating operation, and consistent operation during normal maintenance in commercial kitchen settings.
