The Anets P8903-48 Thermocouple Heavy Duty T4636 is a flame-detecting system that can be used in commercial gas catering systems. It is used in compatible systems and other gas-fired appliances and measures the pilot flame and produces a small electrical signal to keep the gas valve open when it is in operation. When the flame is put out, the thermocouple will make the valve close the gas supply, which will assist in avoiding leaks. It is 36 inches long, which gives it enough reach to access larger units and be able to control ignition used in the heating system.
