The Wells MOD100D(208/240) Food Warmer with drain is a countertop heating system that is utilised to maintain regulated temperatures of food during service. Heat is circulated throughout the interior compartment using a 1200-watt heating system when in use. The built-in drain facilitates the elimination of liquid when cleaning and maintaining it. It is a 120 V unit that is mounted on preparation counters or service areas. The housing can hold standard food pans and is designed to fit into the housing.
