The Star Mfg MOD100D Warmer with drain is a hot holding unit applied in food service conditions to hold ready-to-serve food at constant temperatures. It has a 1200-watt heating system, that circulates heat in the holding compartment when it is in use. A built-in drain is provided that assists in the removal of liquids accumulated during the cleaning process. The unit is mounted on countertops, or service areas, and either a 208 V or 240 V electrical supply is connected accurately to the requirements of the site.
