The Wells MOD100D (208/240) Warmer with drain is used to keep prepared foods at the same temperature in food service. It has a 1200-watt heating system that spreads the heat evenly throughout the interior holding space. The built-in drain aided the removal of liquids in the course of regular cleaning. The unit is installed on countertops or service lines and is connected to a 208 V or 240 V electrical supply, according to the arrangement of the site. It has a form that accommodates typical food pans which blend with the housing around it.
