The Ultrafryer ULTR24A238 Female Disconnect Coupling operates by providing a connection point to suction line hoses to allow the filtration of the cooking oil in the unit. The 1/2" NPT interior threading and 5/8" inner diameter provide an opportunity to have a seated interface, which can be used to connect or disconnect mechanical parts without oil spills. This is fitted on the pan bulkhead or in the drainage standpipe filter tub assembly area to act as the docking terminal. The stainless steel framework has a collar nut to attach the coupling in a bulkhead position.
