The Ultrafryer 24A157 Gas Fryer Female Disconnect Coupling With Collar Nut 5/8" ID 1/2" NPT is used by taking a male fitting to form an airtight channel through which oil or gas can be transferred in the system. The integrated collar nut is clamped to fix the connection, and the quick-release button enables the lines to be separated without any extra components. This element is fitted on the filtration hoses or the rear gas manifold assembly within the unit cabinet.
