The Ultrafryer ULTR24A157 Gas Fryer Female Disconnect Coupling W/Collar Nut 1/2" NPT fits the gas supply line into the pan with a threaded connection that can be adjusted to allow propane flow into the appliance. It uses an internal coupling design as a tight connection between like male fittings, and the collar nut acts to tighten the connection to assist in keeping the connection proper and sealed. It is designed to have a 5/8" inner diameter that allows proper passage of gas to the commercial frying gear and is instrumental in ensuring that there is a consistent supply of fuel.
