The ROYAL RANGE 3110 Fryer Thermostat Knob 2-1/4" is a control dial that is used to adjust and set the cooking temperatures in commercial kitchen settings. It is attached to the thermostat shaft of the fryer to provide a visual range of 200°F to 400°F for the operator to choose, and control the level of heat desired. The knob is part of the user interface of the fryer which connects the input of the operator with the thermostat mechanism inside the fryer to control the temperature properly.
