The Southbend 1182156 Range Thermostat Knob 2-1/4-inch diameter controller that is used to control commercial ranges. It has vivid white numerals that can be adjusted to 200 o F to 400 o F to provide a consistent heat control. The knob has a flat mounting shaft of 0.187 inches to ensure that it is firmly attached and can operate smoothly so that the user can be sure of its use in a routine kitchen setting. It is commonly mounted on commercial cooking equipment in which temperature setting is required, acting as a point of contact between the cook and the heating apparatus of the range to ensure better cooking performance.
