The Vulcan Hart VH00-944801 Thermostat Knob is a control element that is used to control the temperature between 200F and 400 F. It has a flat mounting interface, and clear white numbering to make accurate adjustments, which is 2-1/4 inches in diameter. This knob is fitted into a commercial cooking part and it enables the operator to regulate the heating levels. It provides a physical and visual method of controlling temperatures, which provides uniform cooking results and is directly linked to the system in the appliance to keep the preferred temperature in the system.
