The Imperial 1176 Fryer Thermostat Knob 2-1/4'' Dia is a control knob that fits in the commercial kitchen settings to adjust the thermostat to a range of 200°F to 400°F. It is attached to the thermostat control shaft of the fryer and is mounted on the front panel to enable operators to set and adjust cooking temperature when using it in the kitchen on a basis. It serves as the user interface in the appliance between the user and the internal thermostat mechanism which assists in regulating the amount of heat and maintaining a constant temperature in the appliance during cooking.
