The Rankin Delux RDLR-10 Charbroiler Top Burner Valve 1/8 inch x 3/8 inch-27 is a gas control system that is utilized to regulate the amount of fuel that goes to the upper burner placed on a commercial cooking system. It works to stabilize, and regulate the flow of gases so that operators can regulate and maintain the desired cooking temperature. The valve is installed in the gas supply system of the appliance, between the supply line and the burner, and controls the output when operation is being performed. It is applied in commercial kitchen settings where even cooking is required throughout the charbroiler surface.
