The Garland 1087697 Top Burner Valve 1/8" NPT x 3/8 -27 is a gas control part for commercial cooking equipment to regulate the flow of gas to the top burner. It is installed in the gas manifold or the valve assembly of the appliance and connects to the gas supply and control linkage to either open or close the flow path when needed. When applied to usage, it allows the regulation of burner output, which allows secure ignition and stable cooking operation.
