The Bakers Pride R3032X Charbroiler Top Burner Valve 1/8 inch x 3/8 inch-27 is a replacement part to be used with commercial kitchen assemblies, to regulate the amount of gas flowing to the burner. It is mounted in the burner manifold, and it is connected to the supply line, where it controls the intensity of flames and ensures secure operation during the cooking process. This valve in the charbroiler system provides exact control of the amount of heat generated which supports the consistent performance of the cooking process, and the ability to maintain the correct temperature on the cooking surface.
