The Pitco B6779850 High-Limit Radix Wire is used to connect the temperature control to the electrical circuit of the fryer so that the signal can be transmitted between the safety parts and the control system. It contains the electrical circuit needed by the high-limit appliance to break the circuit in case preset temperature limits are exceeded. It is mounted within compatible gas fryer units where it is connected to the high-limit terminals and is wired through the inside of the cabinet to be connected with the fryer safety wiring system and temperature control system.
