The Anets P8903-51 High Limit Wire HT-4-22 RED RS is a connection between the high-limit safety control and the electrical circuit of the fryer which is used to monitor the temperature in the appliance. It sends electrical signals that enable the high-limit system to open the circuit in case of excessive heat conditions. It is mounted in Anets-compatible fryer models, is attached to the high-limit control terminals and follows the internal wiring route to fit into the safety and control system setup of the fryer.
