The Dean 807-0280 Gas Fryer Lead Wire is an electrical conduit of insulated wire that transmits, electrical current between internal system parts by means of its insulated conductor and terminal connections. The 18-inch length provides sufficient access to specific connection points in the cabinet design. It has a continuous circuit path which enables the movement of power or control signals between switches, gas valves, thermostats or safety appliances during use. It is fitted into compatible gas fryer units and is fitted to special terminals and is wired through the interior structure to connect with the electrical system.
