The Market Forge 97-5609 3-Pole Contactor 40/50 A 208/240 V is an electrical switching system that is used in commercial cooking and heating systems to switch high-current power circuits. It works by switching the power supply to the heating elements' motors on or off as a result of low-voltage control signals. It is the control panel of the appliance, and it connects to thermostats, control boards, and wiring harnesses to control power flow in normal operation.
