The Frymaster FM807-0074 3-Pole Contactor is an electrical switching part with a 40/50A 208/240V current-carrying capacity, which is used to switch power in and out of commercial cooking and foodservice equipment. Fitted in the electrical control assembly of the appliance, it works by opening and closing its three internal contacts to the control signals, and it controls high-load parts of the appliance. it is installed when the system is being serviced or replaced to put the system back into proper electrical operation and to make sure it integrates with the overall power control operations of the system.
