The Hobart 111497-C7 Convention Oven Contactor is an electrical switching element that is used to control high-current circuits based on signals in a control system. It works by opening and closing the power path through three poles which supports the appliance to operate correctly by either directing or interrupting the flow of the electricity to heating components and other load components as needed. It is applicable in commercial kitchen appliance where controlled power delivery of 120 volts and current of 40/50 amps is required to operate it properly.
