The Hobart 419999-2 Fryer TC 125 Thermostat with 5/16 x 5 inch sensing bulb is a temperature sensing part to be used in commercial Appliances. This sensing bulb measures the heat and generates an electrical signal which is interpreted by the fryers control system to control burner output and regulate the conditions of cooking. This is applied in food preparation areas that need oil maintained at a certain temperature to be fried. It is mounted in the appliance and is linked to the control circuitry and safety components.
