The Hobart 419999-1 Fryer Thermostat TC125 with 5/16 inch x 5 inch sensing bulb and 3/8 inch MPT stuff box is a temperature sensing product of commercial Appliance. This sensing bulb identifies the heat and sends an electrical signal to the fryer control system that interprets it to modify the burner output and to maintain the cooking conditions. This thermostat is applicable in food preparation settings where oil temperature has to be controlled. It is attached to the appliance close to the cooking area and is connected to the control circuitry and safety elements.
