The Hobart 411506-12 Fryer Thermostat TC 125 with 5/16 inch X 5 inch sensing bulb is a temperature-sensing element that is used to measure and control the temperature of cooking oil. The sensing bulb measures the temperature and sends an electric signal to the control system of the fryer to control the burner output of cooking temperatures. It is applied in the commercial frying part where a constant temperature response is needed during food preparation.
