The Frymaster FM8030511 Gas Fryer Sediment Tray is used to collect food particles, that are separated by the cooking liquids during frying as the oil circulates throughout the vat. When the sediment is deposited into the tray, it is held back so that it does not get into the heating region, leaving the inside of the skillet open to operate. This part is placed under the fry pot of a full-vat GL30 appliance. The tray aids in maintaining uniformity in the management of the oil by trapping crumbs and residues generated during the regular cooking processes in the kitchen setups.
