The Frymaster 803-0382 Sediment Tray gathers food particles and sediment that settle at the bottom of the fryer during cooking to keep the oil cleaner. It glides smoothly under the fry vat sweeping debris to ensure that it does not mix with the cooking oil. The shape it has formed enables it to be easily removed during regular cleaning, facilitating the regular flow of oil and ensuring that there is always room in the vat during the cooking cycles in commercial kitchen settings. The tray is mounted in the lower part of the full vat assembly of the fryer, below the heat tubes.
