The Frymaster 8030382 Sediment Tray Full Vat Gl30 traps food particles and debris that accumulate during frying processes, and assists in keeping oil free of accumulated residue. When oil is flowing through the fryer, the heavier sediment will fall into the tray rather than be suspended in the cooking section. It is positioned at the bottom of the fryer vat under the heating space. The tray is designed to fit into a full-vat design and can be removed during regular cleaning. Its design allows a regular flow of oil and holds crumbs.
