The Frymaster 803-0511 Sediment Tray Full Vat Gl30 is a part that collect food particles and debris that will settle out of the cooking oil when the fryer is operating. When oil flows in the fryer, the heavier sediment will settle in the tray and will not be mixed with the active frying space. The tray is mounted in the lower part of the full vat assembly of the fryer, below the heat tubes. The shape it has formed enables it to be easily removed during regular cleaning, facilitating the regular flow of oil and ensuring the cooking cycles.
