The Vulcan Hart VH700871-4 Broiler Burner is a premium quality product. It has a heavy duty shield of 16-1/2” x 4-3/8”, a 2.408” throat and an air shutter with a 7/16” hole for control of the airflow. This burner had a deflector and an air shutter for heat distribution to make the cooking process efficient exposing every part of the gas flame to the pot. It is suitable for use in griddle and broiler applications and increases performance and durability in commercial kitchens.
