The Vulcan Hart VH111506-9 Thermostat serves as a temperature controller for fryers to achieve accurate cooking control. This thermostat operates within 200°F to 400°F temperature range which ensure steady heat distribution to enhance both food quality and cooking speed. The reliable sensor readings come from the combination of 48" capillary tube and 1/4" x 12-1/8" nickel bulb while the 3/8" MPT stuff box and 1" mount provide secure installation. This serves fryer models 7494E, 7495E and HF92E as it replaces previous versions 7891E and 7892E.
