The Vulcan Hart VH110687-1 Thermostat is used to a regulate and maintain precise cooking temperatures in commercial kitchens. This part keeps frying temperatures within the 200-400°F range to improve both cooking speed and food quality. This thermostat delivers precise heat regulation through its Type-KX sealed design and 1/4" x 12-1/8" nickel bulb and 48" capillary tube. Secure mounting comes from the 3/8" MPT stuff box and clear visibility results from the 2” black dial knob with white printed numbers.
