The Vulcan Hart VH00-412788-00003 Range Thermocouple is a flame-sensing unit that is used in commercial gas ranges. It is placed at the burner assembly and it senses the presence of a pilot flame and makes the gas valve stay open during operation. In case the flame is put out, the thermocouple will cut off the gas supply to avoid the release of unburned fuel. It has a 24-inch lead that makes it possible to position it properly in the appliance. This component is essential in ensuring safe and stable heating operation in commercial kitchen facilities.
