The Dean 807-0699 Thermocouple Heavy Duty 24" L 20-30mV 1900 Series is a temperature sensor that is applied in commercial cooking systems to detect the presence of a flame and send a voltage signal to the control circuit. It has the main purpose of producing 20-30 millivolts when there is heat, and the system can verify that the burners are working correctly.
