The Vulcan Hart 00-844129-00002 Thermopile is used for igniting and maintaining the pilot flame in gas powered tilting braising pans. It is 1/4" CCT, has an electrode, bracket and screws. It is compatible with Vulcan G-30-C, G-30-O, G-40-C, and G-40-O models and assures proper ignition, flame sensing. It provides stable combustion with a pilot burner, .018" natural gas orifice. The orange-labeled front tip and "B" bracket support easy installation. The thermopile improves the safety and operational efficiency by maintaining a consistent pilot flame performance.
