The Vulcan Hart 00-844129-00001 Thermopile is used in gas powered tilting braising pans for reliable ignition and flame sensing. It is 1/4" CCT, with electrode, bracket, screws and .018" natural gas orifice with orange label. It is compatible with Vulcan G-30-C, G-30-O, G-40-C, and G-40-O models and provides efficient pilot burner operation. This thermopile converts heat to electrical energy to support the pilot flame. It has a front tip design with a 'B' bracket that gives a stable flame source for consistent cooking performance.
